10.Complete Character Description: Ace stands on the shortish side at 5ft5, but don't let her hear you say that. She may be short, but she's packs a punch. Running around with the Doctor and fighting with the SpaceFleet kept her lean and helped built a fair bit of muscle. Her run in on the planet of the Cheetah people left her changed as well, perhaps only slightly, but after leaving she was more agile, and her senses improved -- though only just. She has brown hair and brown eyes, a strong working-class British accent, and is rarely seen without her ever present black bomber jacket festooned with more pins and patches than most people would believe existed, though it is a bit worse for wear having survived little more then a decade so far. Her long hair is typically braided back, and she tends towards no-nonsense clothing styles. Often slung over her back is a pack of some kind, or a belt looped over her chest and hips instead, either of which are used so she is able to always have a supply of Nitro-9, a Draconian blade, and gun or two courtesy of the Spacefleet. Her ears are pierced, and there are a few scars from any number of adventures either with the Doctor or without, more often then not she'll sport a burn or two, but she is otherwise unmarked by such things as tattoos or the sort.
11. Personality: Ace had always been just as volatile as the nitro-9 she's known for creating. Loud, brash, more then willing to throw herself into a fight, and if ever you needed someone to watch your back she'd be a good choice. On first look she may not seem like the most approachable person, hardened from her years fighting, but generally she's nice to those she meets -- human and alien alike. She's clever and resourceful, often quick to adapt to whatever situation she's thrown in. She is guarded, having lost people she's cared about several times, but cares for and is fiercely loyal to those she gets to know and trust.
12. Background: She had never been the best behaved kid on the block. With a father that was never around, and a mother she didn't get along with, Ace tuned to her best friend. However, when the girl was killed in a fire-bombing Ace let her anger get the better of her -- setting fire to an abandoned mansion, getting in fights, eventually expelled from school for blowing up the art room. (Though she maintains to this day that it was a creative statement, they simply didn't understand.) She continued to study chemistry on her own, very gifted in such subjects despite her inability to pass her O-Levels. She'd been experimenting when a time-storm transported her to the Ice World. It had been a shock, but she adapted well enough, getting a job as a waitress until she met the Doctor. She traveled with Seven after that, affectionately calling him the Professor. She stayed with him for some time, deciding he needed her to watch his back, and he took interest in her education. He made her face her fears, learn to think things through herself, and trained her with the intent of possibly letting her take his place eventually.
They fought a number of the Doctor's enemies, including the Daleks and Cybermen, eventually leading them to Fenric. Ace learned she was a 'Wolf of Fenric', that her meeting the Doctor hadn't been a coincidence, and that the timelord had known all along. She stayed with him for a while after Fenric's defeat, and the Doctor had intended to bring her to his home world to attend the Prydon Academy and become a Time Lord. Ace left him before he could suggest this though, frustrated with the Doctor and his manipulations, and joined the SpaceFleet instead where she is trained in the Special Weapons Division and fought the Daleks on Arcadia for three years. Later she joined the Doctor again, though only for a short while. After which she became known as Time's Vigilante, using a short-range time hopper mounted on a motorcycle to patrol a particular segment of time; in effect doing what the Doctor does, but on a smaller scale.
13. Weaknesses: She likes to blow things up, and can't resist knowing how things work. Her curiosity could be considered a strength, but more often then not it gets her in trouble, and her tinkering with weapons and chemicals has a habit of blowing up in her face -- literally. She can get very short tempered if she believes someone is lying to her, which leads to her making more rash decisions.
14. Strengths: Chemistry, sciences and mathematics, things in that area have always been one of her strengths, but she never could use that knowledge to satisfy the school systems. Adapting to knew things always came easy to her. She often considers her experiences a strength, everything she has seen and done, has made her more open-minded and aware of the universe and those in it. Ace also knows the importance of knowing when to act and when to stop and think things through. She has a vast knowledge of weapons, and knows her fair share of alien lifeforms.
15. Likes: Explosions, cats (particularly big ones like cheetahs or lions), traveling, her motorcycle
16. Dislikes: Being manipulated, cybermen, daleks, robots in general, anything too sweet.
17. Talents and Hobbies: Ace enjoys tinkering with things, mostly weapons and her motorcycle, and is fairly good at it. She's always been very talented at chemistry, leading to a habit of making Nitro-9 (which often comes in handy) She enjoys traveling and meeting knew people or species as the case may be, and learning about them.
18. Family and Friends: Her family is dead, but she never much liked her parents, and never knew her brother so she's not all that concerned. The only others that she is really close too that are alive (as far as she knows) are Hex and the Doctor. She hasn't seen Hex in ages, and it has been nearly a year since she left her Doctor.
